Fewer North Carolina Employers Are Paying for Health Insurance, Report Says

By M. Paul Jackson, Winston-Salem Journal, N.C. Sep. 28--The number of North Carolina workers covered by employer-paid health insurance plans fell by about 175,000 from 2000 to 2005 because more employers are reluctant to pay for those plans, according to a report released yesterday.
